Between August 25th and 29th, the research team from the “Fostering Digital Citizenship” program at Adolfo Ibáñez University visited the city of Antofagasta to gather information for the Fondecyt project “Socialization and digital citizenship: Hybridization of the social and political experience in Chile.”
During these days, a large amount of information was collected that will be very useful for the development of the research, which aims to understand how social and political practices are shaped in digital and in-person environments. Additionally, a talk was given at Costa Cordillera school as part of the scheduled activities.
This visit marks a significant step in the research and reinforces the program’s commitment to promoting conscious digital citizenship in the country.
